Jabster (“Jabster”, “we”, “us”) is a boxing and fitness workout app operated by Gravitas AI LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights and choices you have. It covers the Jabster mobile app (iOS and Android) and the website at jabsterboxing.com. By using Jabster you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Who we are / contact

2. Data we collect
You provide it directly
- Account data — email address, and authentication identifiers when you sign in (including via Apple, Google, or Facebook social sign-in).
- Profile data — display name / username (your username is public on leaderboards and public profiles), boxing stance, experience level, and the equipment you own.
- User content — photos or video you capture and submit for challenge “share-to-claim” features.
- Feedback — anything you send us through in-app feedback or by email.
Generated as you use Jabster
- Workout activity — workouts generated and completed, history, streaks, achievements, accolades, challenge participation, and points.
- Subscription / purchase data — your subscription status and entitlement (e.g. “premium”), tier, and purchase events. Payment card details are handled by Apple or Google, not by us.
- Usage and device analytics — app events, screens viewed, approximate session data, app version, device type and OS, and similar diagnostics.
We do not collect precise location, health-sensor data (heart rate, etc.), contacts, or your camera roll. Camera access is used only at the moment you choose to capture a challenge photo or video.
3. Third-party services (sub-processors)
We use a small set of trusted providers to run Jabster. Each receives only the data needed for its function:

4. How we use your data
- Provide and operate the app (accounts, workout generation, playback, history, leaderboards, challenges).
- Process subscriptions and unlock premium entitlements.
- Send reminders or notifications you enable.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and moderate user-generated content.
- Understand usage and improve the product (analytics).
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
5. Legal bases (EEA / UK users)
We process data to perform our contract with you (run the app, deliver subscriptions), on the basis of legitimate interests (security, product improvement, anti-abuse), with your consent where required (e.g. notifications, optional analytics), and to meet legal obligations.
6. Sharing
We share data only with the sub-processors in section 3, with payment platforms to process purchases, where required by law, or in connection with a business transfer. Your username and leaderboard standing are public within the app by design.
7. Data retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time from within the app (Settings → account deletion) or by requesting deletion at jabsterboxing.com/delete-account or by emailing [email protected]. Deletion removes your account record and associated personal data, including content you shared. Some records may be retained where legally required (e.g. transaction / tax records) or in backups for a limited period.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (incl. GDPR/EEA, UK, and California/CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export / port, restrict, or object to processing of your data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email [email protected]. California residents have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights; we do not sell or “share” personal information as defined by the CCPA.
9. Data export
You can export your data from within the app (Settings → export data) or by request to [email protected].
10. Children
Jabster is not directed to children and is intended for users 17+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your region). If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). We restrict access to personal data and rely on reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
12. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own (including the United States). Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
13. Changes
We may update this Policy; material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
